BUSINESS MODEL & STRATEGY Risk COMPASS Boot Camp
Understand the risk side of opportunity in order to build successful business models
Course Overview
Most people have a hard time describing the business model of their organizations because they often fail to undertstand the essential relationships between opportunities, risks and corporate performance. They miss the critical fact that a business model consists in essence of a series of coherent strategic decisions to take and expose a given organization to a certain range of risks and that it is the effective management of these risks that actually creates value. In short, it means that without risks, there are no opportunities to pursue and hence no value to create. The problem is that, all to often the full extent of the risk exposure associated with the opportunities is either ignored or not well understood and hence is typically mismanaged leading to under-performance and even catastrophic failures for the organizations considered.
During this 2-day bootcamp, we will show you how to map out and analyse your business model using ARiMI’s proven methodology the CCS Risk Compass. This course will benefit both students with entrepreneurial projects and senior executives in established organizations by providing a framework to enable them to conduct a comprehensive business model analysis and audit with the objective to either structure a new business model from scratch or to critically assess the strengths and weaknesses of an existing one. Participants will learn how by using ARiMI analytical framework, they can build the solid foundations necessary for the sustainable and profitable growth of their organization.
Become a master of business model and strategy design – learn how to use the latest tools and design practices to innovate (or even create) your risk-proofed business model and develop strategies for the future. During this bootcamp, Chief Risk Strategist, Marc Ronez, will explain the Risk Driven Business Model analysis and Innovation process that can help your organization get future ready.
