Executive/Senior Executive, Membership & Alumni Relations
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in planning and implementing the alumni and membership program
  2. Market membership privileges to corporations and individuals
  3. Maintain accurate membership records and marketing databases
  4. Manage member communications including responding to prospective member, alumni and member queries
  5. Manage the production and inventory of membership and marketing material, e.g. letters, newsletters, e-bulletins and brochures
  6. Organize alumni and member events
  7. Assist in Public Relations activity including the publication of press releases
  8. Administer affiliate activity and relationships with external suppliers
  9. Assist to establish important connections among Alumni, members and current program participants
  10. Source for benefits and privileges for the alumni and membership program
  11. Coordinate ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
  1. At least a Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  2. A good knowledge of marketing, market research and member relationship management skills and techniques
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills
  4. Highly organized and flexible
  5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  6. Multiple projects management skills
  7. High-energy and enjoy working in dynamic organization
  8. Good level of computer proficiency including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook etc.
  9. A meticulous work ethic and an ability to attend to detail
  10. A positive and professional demeanor
  11. Comfortable in taking initiative in an entrepreneurial environment and the ability to work with minimum supervision
  12. Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

Executive/Senior Executive, Administration & Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
  1. Support general office administration
  2. Maintain good order to business correspondences and records
  3. Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems and records
  4. Assist in the Institute Administration including handling franchise programmes, implementation of overseas ventures and the administration of students
  5. Attend to email and telephone enquiries by prospective students and corporate clients
  6. Provide assistance to the Director in matters relating to the financial and administrative operations of the institute
  7. Schedule appointment and meetings for the MD
  8. Convey, coordinate and follow up on instructions by the MD
  9. Coordinate ad hoc projects, like event management, when required
Requirements:
  1. At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  2. Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  3. Highly organized and flexible
  4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  5. Multiple projects management skills
  6. Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience in start up environment is welcome
