| How do I register for a program/seminar/workshop? |
| You can register by returning on-line a completed
application. Our marketing department will then contact you to
arrange for the payment and answer any other questions you might
have. |

| Can I reserve a space in a program/seminar/workshop? |
| Space in the program is reserved upon receipt of
application. We will confirm your place upon receipt of payment. |

| How do I pay? |
| Once you have registered online, our marketing department
will then contact you to arrange for invoice and payment. You may
send a check to us with a signed copy of the invoice. |

| Can I wire international payments? |
| Yes. For information and details, please email our
Program Administration at administrator@arimi.org |

| Do I need to pay immediately? |
| Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We do not
guarantee a space in the program/ seminar/ workshop until we receive
your payment. |

| I am registered for one program/seminar/workshop but would
like to take another one instead. What do I do? How do I do it? |
| Transfer is possible and must be requested in writing.
Transfer requests received within 30 days of the program start
will be subject to a $200 transfer fee to cover administrative
costs. |

| What is covered in the fees? |
| Fees include tuition, books and instructional materials,
lunches and coffee breaks, unless otherwise noted. |

| When will I receive reading and logistical materials? |
| You will receive reading materials and a packet of
information that includes recommended transportation services approximately
three to one week prior to the program/seminar/workshop. |
