Responsibilities:
You will lead the EPU and the Ministry in preparation for all types of emergencies. To ensure that the Ministry is equipped to handle any emergencies, your role includes identifying potential threats and risks to the Ministry, advising senior management on business continuity plans and representing MOM in the home front crisis management team.

Requirements:
You should possess a degree in any discipline, with at least 3-5 years of related work experience. You are a supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. To succeed in this role, you should also have project management skills, organisational planning and policy experience and emergency preparedness operations background.

Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, Keppel Land - posted 26 March 07

Your responsibilities will include the following:
· Manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program in terms of development, implementation and promotion of its policies and framework to operational level

· Play an active role in managing risks through risk identification, assessment and formulating risk mitigation strategies

· Work with various units to ensure compliance with the corporate risk management policy as well as review their risk management activities to improve the risk management practices

· Study the adequacy and effectiveness of existing risk management processes, resources and systems

· Perform risk monitoring and prepare periodic reports to management
· Provide training to new hires on company's risk management practices

Job Requirements

· Basic degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least 8 years of relevant experience including experience in financial audit and/or financial analysis

· A Certified Professional Risk Manager

· Experienced in formulating and implementing business continuity plan and corporate governance practices

· Good analytical, influencing, and project management skills

· Good command of written English
