How do I register for a program/seminar/workshop?
You can register by returning on-line a completed application. Our marketing department will then contact you to arrange for the payment and answer any other questions you might have.
 
Can I reserve a space in a program/seminar/workshop?
Space in the program is reserved upon receipt of application. We will confirm your place upon receipt of payment.
 
How do I pay?
Once you have registered online, our marketing department will then contact you to arrange for invoice and payment. You may send a check to us with a signed copy of the invoice.
 
Can I wire international payments?
Yes. For information and details, please email our Program Administration at administrator@arimi.org
 
Do I need to pay immediately?
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We do not guarantee a space in the program/ seminar/ workshop until we receive your payment.
 
I am registered for one program/seminar/workshop but would like to take another one instead. What do I do? How do I do it?
Transfer is possible and must be requested in writing. Transfer requests received within 30 days of the program start will be subject to a $200 transfer fee to cover administrative costs.
 
What is covered in the fees?
Fees include tuition, books and instructional materials, lunches and coffee breaks, unless otherwise noted.
 
When will I receive reading and logistical materials?
You will receive reading materials and a packet of information that includes recommended transportation services approximately three to one week prior to the program/seminar/workshop.
