	Programme and Exam Fees Programme fees listed in the catalog, individual programme brochures, and on our website are subject to change and are payable in advance. Fees do not include books, lunches and coffee breaks, unless otherwise noted. To confirm a place in the programme, payment is due before the programme starts. If applicable, exam fees must be paid before the exam date. Programme Schedule While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised schedule, the Asian Risk Management Institute reserves the right to change dates and location. Refund of Course Fee If written notice of withdrawal is given at least 10 days before course commencement, a full refund of fees will be made. If notice of withdrawal is given in writing less than 10 days prior to course commencement, 90% of fees received will be refunded. Upon course commencement, there will be NO refund of course fees. Substitutions Qualified substitutes for registrants can be accommodated in advance with written notice. Photo Rights The Asian Risk Management Institute reserves the right to use photos taken during seminar activities for promotional purposes. Rescheduling Certain Modules - Applies only to Certified Professional Risk Manager (CPRM) Programme After registering for the CPRM programme, if you need to miss any scheduled module(s), please notify the Asian Risk Management Institute (ARiMI) in writing before the programme starts in order to avoid any fee. Once the programme has commenced and you need to miss any scheduled module(s), you will incur an administrative fee of $60 to reschedule and attend the module(s) you missed in the immediate subsequent enrollment cycle. If you do not show up for a scheduled module without prior written notice to ARiMI, no rescheduling will be made. You can attend a replacement module for the one you missed in the immediate subsequent enrollment cycle. If you do not make up for your missed module(s) in the immediate subsequent enrollment cycle, it is deemed that you have forfeited your course fees. Please note that by missing scheduled modules, you will delay your certification.
